Take the I-91 North. Then follow I-91 North and take exit 20, at the stop sign take a left and then take a right onto Middle Street. Turn left onto Phil Mack Dr.  

From The North

I-90 west to exit 78( I-84 west), take I-84 west to exit 57 for CT-15 S toward I-91 S. follow 91 south to exit 21 then turn right off exit follow 372 west take a left on Main street continue onto Middle street and then turn right on Phil Mack Dr.
