Directions to Port Office

Kalispell

The airport is located about 8 miles north of Kalispell. Follow Hwy 2 East and turn into the Glacier Park International Airport. As you approach the Main Terminal, bear right, into the general aviation area. The Customs office is a separate building and is easy to locate.

Special Instructions

Pilots wishing to arrive outside of normal business hours must make FIRM PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS with the CBP Inspector who is on duty between 0900 and 1700 Monday through Friday. Glacier Park International is a "Landing Rights" airport, and is available until 2000 hours when the aforementioned arrangements have been made.

Reporting Requirements

Pilots must give a minimum of 2 hours advance notice of their intended arrival. Voicemail and faxes are NOT acceptable means of delivering such notice.

The on duty CBP Inspector may be away from the telephone to clear cargo or arriving aircraft. Leave a voicemail with your return number and someone will respond to your call as soon as possible.
