Advisory Committee on Commercial Operations (COAC)
The COAC shall advise the Secretaries of the Department of the Treasury and the Department of Homeland Security on the commercial operations of Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and related DHS and Treasury functions. The COAC may consider issues such as: global supply chain security and facilitation, CBP modernization and automation, air cargo security, customs broker regulations, trade enforcement, One U.S. Government approach to trade and safety of imports, agricultural inspection, and protection of intellectual property rights.

Advisory Committee on Supply Chain Competitiveness (ACSCC)
The ACSCC advises the Secretary of the Department of Commerce on the necessary elements of a comprehensive policy approach to supply chain competitiveness designed to support U.S. export growth and national economic competitiveness, encourage innovation, facilitate the movement of goods, and improve the competitiveness of U.S. supply chains for goods and services in the domestic and global economy; and to provide advice to the Secretary on regulatory policies and programs and investment priorities that affect the competitiveness of U.S. supply chains.

President's Export Council on Export Administration (PECSEA)
The PECSEA advises on matters pertinent to the Export Administration Act of 1979, as amended (50 U.S.C. App. 2401 et seq.), the Export Administration Regulations (15 CFR Parts 730-799), and related statutes and regulations, principally on United States policies of encouraging trade with all countries with which the United States has diplomatic or trading relations and of controlling trade for national security, foreign policy, and short supply reasons.
