Border Patrol Arrests Convicted Sex Offender

TUCSON, Ariz. – Tucson Sector Border Patrol agents assigned to the Three Points Substation arrested a male Salvadoran national Sept. 18 convicted of sexual assault against a child.

Three Points Substation agents arrested a Salvaroran national over the weekend who is wanted in connection with a sexual assault conviction out of Colorado Springs, CO.
Milton Omar Perez, is wanted in
connection with a sexual assault
conviction out of Colorado
Springs, CO.

Following the arrest of Milton Omar Perez near Topawa, Arizona, agents conducted a records check and learned of his Jan. 19, 2006 arrest by the Colorado Springs Police Department, resulting in the sexual assault conviction.

Perez now faces removal proceedings in accordance with Tucson Sector processing guidelines.
