Through the Lens: Securing America's Borders

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) announces the open season for letters of application under the Reimbursable Services Program (RSP) through March 31, 2015.

In January 2014, CBP received authority under Section 559 of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2014 (Section 559), allowing the Commissioner to enter into partnerships with private sector and government entities to provide new or expanded services on a reimbursable basis.
