Keeping Kids Healthy

One in five children and adolescents in the United States are affected by childhood obesity. If not careful, all children are at risk of gaining weight beyond what is considered healthy. There are many contributing factors to excess weight gain including eating patterns, physical activity levels, and sleep routines – many of which change for our children during the summer months.

In addition to HealthierCBP resources and services offered through the CBP Employee Assistance Program, visit any of the websites below for information and strategies to get your kids on the pathway to a healthier lifestyle.
